We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, creative in approach, and data-driven in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, etc.)
- Create and manage content for website, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
- Run email marketing campaigns and track effectiveness.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- (Optional but valuable) Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.).
Experience:
- 0–2 years for entry-level roles, 2–5 years for specialist/manager roles.
- Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
