Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to build and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing engaging content across all social media platforms while increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Plan campaigns aligned with business objectives, product launches, and events.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to create relevant content.
Content Creation
- Design engaging graphics, carousels, reels, videos, and stories.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and hashtags.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots for products, services, events, and testimonials.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
Social Media Management
- Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, responding professionally and promptly.
- Grow followers organically through consistent engagement and community building.
Digital Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote campaigns.
- Support paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Generate leads through social media initiatives.
- Coordinate influencer and partner collaborations where applicable.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Measure KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
- Recommend improvements based on performance insights.
Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging.
- Monitor online reputation and address customer concerns appropriately.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
