ROLE DETAILS

Drive new logo acquisition in the UK market — own revenue and pipeline targets with full accountability

Build and execute an outbound prospecting strategy across enterprise accounts and Series A/B technology startups
Run the complete sales cycle: first contact discovery solution shaping commercial negotiation- closure

Conduct deep customer discovery to uncover business challenges and position value-led, outcome-oriented offerings

Engage confidently with CXOs, founders, CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Product/Engineering as a credible commercial peer

Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership to develop differentiated proposals and pricing

Build long-term relationships that become strategic accounts and referral pipelines over time
MUST HAVE

5–8 years of experience in IT services B2B technology sales

Proven hunter —demonstrated track record of opening new logos, not just managing renewals or upsell
-
Experience engaging and closing at founder, CIO, CTO, and Head of Product/Engineering level
-
Strong network within enterprise technology and business groups, or Series A & B startups in the UK
-
Self-starter mindset: low need for structure, high ownership.

UK-based for 3–4+ years with valid right to work in the UK.
GOOD TO HAVE

Experience collaborating with offshore delivery teams and managing client expectations across geographies

Existing relationships or familiarity with hyperscaler ecosystems — AWS and Microsoft

Exposure to AI, data, and digital transformation offerings and how to position them commercially

Prior experience at an IT services or product-engineering firm serving UK/ markets
