Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow management
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESIC, and Professional Tax
- Handle tax planning, assessments, audits, and liaison with statutory authorities
- Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital management
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure closure of audit observations
- Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
- Supervise and guide the accounts team
Key Requirements:
- Strong and updated knowledge of GST, TDS, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Income Tax laws
- Experience in infrastructure / construction / project-based industry preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
