Dzinepixel Webstudios is seeking a Visual Website Designer to create visually engaging, brand-aligned, and user-friendly website experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and digital storytelling, along with the ability to translate business and brand objectives into effective website designs.
Role Summary
The Website Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and designing website pages, landing pages, and digital layouts that support brand identity and business goals. This role works closely with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver polished design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and final UI assets for implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design website pages, landing pages, and other digital interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, user flows, and high-fidelity design concepts to communicate layout and interaction ideas clearly.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, visual standards, and consistency across all website touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure website visuals support campaign goals, messaging, and audience needs.
- Present design concepts and revisions clearly to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Create responsive design concepts for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
- Prepare final design files and assets for handoff to developers and support implementation with clear specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in website design, web layout design, or digital design with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and polished visual designs for websites and landing pages.
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and designing across multiple industries or client accounts.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles, CMS-based website structures, and current web design trends.

Interview Process

Pay: ₹15,195.73 - ₹48,752.05 per month
