Job Summary
Sethia Infrastructure is seeking a detail-oriented BOQ Engineer to prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for residential, commercial, redevelopment, and SRA projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Perform quantity take-offs for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgetary proposals for projects.
- Conduct rate analysis for various construction activities and materials.
- Review contractor quotations and comparative statements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement, and project teams.
- Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives.
- Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
- Assist in tender preparation, bid evaluation, and vendor selection.
- Maintain BOQ revisions and project cost records.
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and project cost reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Additional certification in Quantity Surveying will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹321,219.77 - ₹1,412,177.55 per year
