Job description:
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Making calls to leads (from social media, websites, or databases) to explain course details, curriculum, fee structures, and career prospects.
- Student Counseling: Guiding students to choose the right courses based on their academic background, interests, and goals.
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Persuading prospective students to enroll, meeting daily/monthly target goals.
- Follow-ups: Maintaining regular follow-ups with leads until they convert into admissions.
- CRM Management: Updating lead details and maintaining accurate records of interactions in a CRM system or database.
- Documentation Support: Assisting with the onboarding process, including fee collection and registration documentation
