End-to-End Workflow Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Plan and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for creative development
- Create engaging captions, post copies, hashtags, and campaign content
- Promote company projects, completed sites, factory operations, exhibitions, and branding work
- Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Generate inquiries and leads through organic and paid marketing efforts
- Coordinate with management for marketing objectives and campaign approvals
- Manage online reputation and audience engagement
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related social media campaigns
