We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Academic Counsellors to join our growing team. If you're passionate about education, sales, and helping students achieve their goals, we'd love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel parents and students about BrightCHAMPS' learning programs.
- Conduct virtual consultations and recommend suitable courses based on student needs.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counselling and relationship building.
- Follow up with prospective parents to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update the CRM.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for working from home.
Pay: ₹460,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
