Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic financial reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for data collection, verification, consolidation, and report preparation.
- Collect, organize, and maintain financial data from various departments.
- Prepare management reports, business performance reports, and financial summaries.
- Maintain proper records of financial reports and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing financial presentations and management reports.
- Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within the prescribed timelines.
- Provide day-to-day reporting support to the Finance Manager and Management.
- Analyze financial reports and data to identify trends, variances, and areas requiring management attention.
- Evaluate food cost, purchase cost, inventory cost, and other operational expenses on a regular basis.
- Prepare comparative analyses of actual costs against budgets, historical data, and operational targets.
- Prepare periodic cost evaluation reports with observations and recommendations for Management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all financial data and reports.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Procurement, and Accounts Departments to improve reporting quality and data accuracy.
- Provide meaningful financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, financial procedures, reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Perform any other finance, reporting, analytical, or related duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 0–1 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Financial Reporting, Cost Analysis, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and reporting skills are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions, Charts, and Data Analysis.
- Working knowledge of TallyPrime/Tally ERP.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost analysis.
- Knowledge of food cost, purchase cost, inventory management, and operational cost evaluation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet reporting deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
