Job description for Talent Acquisition (Vendor Management) role.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Location: Baner, Pune
Vendor Management:
- Assist in managing relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure a smooth recruitment process for full-time and contractual positions.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to improve the recruitment process.
Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment vendors.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates on the status of open positions to the Talent Acquisition team.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the recruitment process.
- Generate reports and analytics on recruitment activities and vendor performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
