Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Digital Communications Engineer A Digital Communications Engineer is responsible for the design analysis implementation and optimization of digital communication systems that transmit data reliably over wired and wireless channels. The role focuses on physical-layer signal processing communication algorithms and system performance under real-world channel impairments. Responsibilities: - Focused on supporting reliable real time customer communications in a fintech environment. - API Driven Communications: - Design and maintain AP Is that trigger automated customer notifications (e.g. - OT Ps alerts reminders). - Omnichannel Messaging: - Manage SMS Email Voice (Vo IP) and Push Notification channels to ensure consistent delivery and user experience. - Platform Reliability: - Maintain 99.9% uptime for communication gateways and routing services critical to customer authentication and transactions. - Security & Compliance: - Implement encryption privacy best practices and regulatory controls (e.g. - TCPA PCI DSS data retention policies). - Contact Center support: - Maintain and optimize IVR flows call routing and integrations with CRM/servicing tools. - Monitoring & Troubleshooting: - Run diagnostics and perform rootcause analysis for delivery issues (e.g. - failed OT Ps dropped calls).
