Skills & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Pharma background is preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and professional relationships
- Self-driven and willingness to work on-ground and execute independently
- Comfortable with fieldwork and on-ground execution
- Basic understanding of healthcare, pharma, or B2B services is a plus
