Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Trainee role based in Noida. The Marketing Trainee will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with market research, contributing to marketing campaigns, and helping implement marketing strategies across various channels. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing marketing materials, supporting basic sales and customer outreach activities, and maintaining records of marketing performance and customer interactions. The Marketing Trainee will also help manage social media and digital presence, gather customer feedback, and participate in events or promotional activities as needed, while learning core marketing and sales processes.
Qualifications
· Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
· Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
· Candidates should possess basic Sales and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work on-site in Noida, with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Comfort with MS Office tools and basic digital marketing platforms; familiarity with social media campaigns is an advantage.
· Undergraduate degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field preferred; internships or academic projects in marketing or sales are a plus.
· Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
