Duties and responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company services effectively.
- Understand client requirements and provide solutions.
- Follow up on leads and close leads.
- Maintain records of interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM
- Identify and generate potential leads using organic methods (e.g., Google search, and referrals).
Role Overview
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various methods like cold calling, database management, and follow-up on leads.
- Sales and Promotion: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers, aiming to close sales and meet sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Reporting Accurately: record and maintain customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information in the company database.
- Collaboration: Work with other sales and marketing team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall sales strategies.
Required Skill:
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, excel will be an advantage
