Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising, YouTube marketing, and AI-powered marketing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Create, monitor, and improve paid search, display, remarketing, and video advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute YouTube marketing strategies, including channel growth, audience engagement, video SEO, and paid video campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform insights.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms for content creation, campaign optimization, and marketing automation.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns).
- Experience managing YouTube channels and YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and content planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with SEO and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign ROI.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
