Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates to join our Service Team as Service Advisors.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service experience and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Attend customers and understand service requirements
Coordinate with technicians for vehicle service and repairs
Provide service updates and delivery commitments to customers Maintain service records and job cards
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply)
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Customer Service Orientation Basic Computer Knowledge
