We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Consultant with an accounting or finance background who can understand customer requirements, demonstrate software solutions, and support the sales team in closing business opportunities. The role combines business analysis, product demonstrations, and solution consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Understand customer business processes and gather requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations for Zoho and ERP solutions.
- Prepare solution presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer queries.
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication.
- Maintain CRM records and update sales activities.
- Support business development initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, ERP Consulting, Business Analysis, or Software Sales.
- Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business background.
- Knowledge of Zoho applications or ERP solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand business processes and recommend suitable solutions.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, or ERPNext.
- Proposal writing and solution consulting.
- Customer requirement analysis.
- CRM management.
- Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
