Sales Executive - Educational Publishing

Exela Publishing House LLP is looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives to promote and expand our educational publishing business across Andhra Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, educational institutions, distributors, and bookstores to present and promote our publications.
- Generate leads through phone calls, emails, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, management, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the features and benefits of our books and educational solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders until closure.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Participate in book fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational publishing, books, EdTech, or FMCG sales. Freshers with excellent English and Telugu communication skills are preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
