Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager(UPS Systems) to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our range of UPS and power solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
- Promote and sell UPS systems and related power solutions to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the technical team for solution design and project execution.
- Manage sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in UPS or power systems sales.
- Strong understanding of industrial UPS systems, batteries, and electrical distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
