Responsibilities

Core Functional Responsibilities

Maintaining online relations with customers by organizing and developing special customer relations programs

Brainstorms campaigns ideas

Providing short- and long-term market forecasts by directing market research collections

Monitor social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter

Assistance in creating performance reports

Providing suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms

General Marketing Functional Responsibilities

Approaching prospective clients.

Engaging with customers or clients and providing service

Assistance in creating performance reports
