Job Title: Field Executive – Retail Operations
Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli to Panvel corridor) – may require coverage of other Mumbai areas as per business need
Qualification: 12th Pass (minimum)
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar field role within the retail industry preferred; freshers with strong field work aptitude may also be considered
Key Requirements:
- Good area knowledge of Navi Mumbai (Airoli to Panvel belt)
- Willingness and aptitude for field work in a retail environment
- Comfortable using mobile apps for daily reporting/data entry
- Must own a smartphone with minimum 8GB RAM / 128GB storage
- Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)
Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for field visits across assigned retail outlets in the Navi Mumbai region (extendable to other Mumbai locations as required), capturing store-level data via mobile application, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting as per company guidelines.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
