Deliver HR-related subjects as per the curriculum. Explain HR concepts using real-life business examples. Conduct case studies, group discussions, and role plays. Update training content based on current HR practices. Mentor and guide students. Support students in HR certifications and projects. Assist students in interview preparation and career planning. Monitor attendance and academic performance. Provide hands-on training in: Recruitment & Selection Employee Onboarding Payroll Processing Attendance Management Performance Appraisal HR Policies & Procedures Labor Laws & Compliance Conduct tests, assignments, and presentations. Evaluate student performance. Conduct mock interviews. Train students in resume preparation. Coordinate with placement teams and employers. Support internship and placement activities. Submit academic reports. Attend faculty meetings and training sessions
