Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AIML Engineer to drive AI innovation, strategy, and solution design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in emerging AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, AI Governance, Explainable AI (XAI), and Federated Learning.
This role involves researching next-generation AI capabilities, developing AI roadmaps, evaluating emerging technologies, and designing scalable AI solutions that align with business transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and assess emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Explore advanced AI capabilities including Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Explainable AI (XAI), and Federated Learning.
- Analyze opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies to business and industrial use cases.
- Contribute to AI strategy development, roadmap planning, and capability-building initiatives.
- Design innovative AI-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, ethical AI guidelines, and responsible AI practices.
- Evaluate feasibility, business value, and impact of emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Drive AI innovation, technology scouting, and future-state AI vision planning.
- Recommend best practices for AI adoption, compliance, risk management, and governance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify next-generation AI opportunities.
- Support the creation of scalable and sustainable AI solutions for enterprise transformation.
