Position: Sales Head
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: MBA / Any Graduate
Language : Tamil, Telugu & English
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in sales planning and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Hospital & Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
