Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Trainer to join our Training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance. Candidates with experience in BPO, telesales, customer service, insurance, or financial services environments will be preferred. However, we are also open to considering high-potential candidates with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training programs for new employees.
- Deliver process, product, compliance, and behavioral/soft skills training sessions.
- Design and develop training content, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, certifications, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify performance and knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training programs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Business teams to drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on business requirements.
- Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and training effectiveness metrics.
- Support continuous learning and development initiatives across the organization.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Training and Development, preferably in BPO, telesales, customer service, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi.
- Ability to engage and influence learners across different levels.
- Experience in conducting new hire training, refresher sessions, and performance improvement programs.
- Good understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Energetic, confident, and passionate about learning and development.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,228.95 - ₹48,828.70 per month
