Job Title: In-House Architect
Role Summary
We are looking for a sincere, practical, and eager-to-learn In-House Architect to support our group’s upcoming projects across different sectors. The role is suitable for someone who can understand business requirements, prepare layouts, coordinate with consultants, and help convert ideas into clear, workable plans.
The candidate does not need prior experience in all industries. What matters most is sincerity, learning ability, practical thinking, ownership, and the ability to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare basic concept layouts, site plans, building layouts, area statements, and presentation drawings.
- Understand project requirements and convert them into practical space planning, zoning, circulation, access, parking, utilities, and future expansion layouts.
- Coordinate with external architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support preparation of project reports, presentations, proposal documents, drawings, and planning notes.
- Assist in land and site evaluation by reviewing access, shape, surrounding development, road connectivity, utilities, drainage, and expansion potential.
- Review drawings and layouts for practicality, cost control, space efficiency, and construction feasibility.
- Maintain organized project folders, drawing versions, area calculations, references, and design notes.
- Follow up with consultants and vendors to ensure drawings, estimates, and inputs are received on time.
- Learn sector-specific requirements wherever needed and apply them carefully under guidance.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic architectural drawing preparation.
- Ability to prepare clear layouts, sketches, area statements, and presentation material.
- Basic understanding of site planning, building layouts, circulation, services, parking, and construction practicality.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to read drawings, understand requirements, and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to learn new project types and work across different sectors.
- Practical, sincere, organized, and result-oriented working style.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Exposure to residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, or campus planning projects.
- Ability to coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and interior teams.
- Interest in large-scale project planning and business-linked architecture.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be honest, hardworking, curious, and reliable. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility, learn quickly, follow instructions carefully, and complete tasks without constant chasing. A strong attitude, practical sense, discipline, and willingness to grow with the group are more important.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
