Qualification: Diploma/BE – Electrical / Mechanical
Role Purpose:
To lead quality assurance activities across projects and ensure zero-defect delivery of panels and switchgear systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead final inspection and testing activities
- Prepare and review Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs)
- Handle customer inspections, third-party inspections (TPI), and audits
- Analyze quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Guide junior QA engineers and inspectors
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams
- Monitor vendor quality and incoming material performance
- Ensure compliance with customer, statutory, and industry standards
Skills Required:
- Strong technical knowledge of control panels & switchgear
- Audit handling and customer interaction skills
- Problem-solving and leadership capability
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
