Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to help expand Metty.ai’s business network and onboard companies seeking high-quality professional talent.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales or business development, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential business clients across industries
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, outbound outreach, and strategic partnerships
- Present Metty.ai’s AI-powered talent solutions to decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client hiring or project requirements and guide them through the onboarding process
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve acquisition strategies
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure a smooth client experience
- Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and sales pipelines is a plus
- Passion for startups, technology, and AI-driven platforms
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, SaaS, or professional services is preferred
