Halfbutfull is a creative design and marketing agency that works with fast-growing consumer brands across India. We help brands grow through branding, packaging, websites, content, performance marketing, and creative storytelling.
We are currently looking for an AI Video Creator / Producer who can create realistic, commercial-quality AI-generated videos and advertisements for brands across different industries.
This is not a traditional video editing role.
We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in AI video creation workflows — someone who understands how to take an idea from concept to a fully finished, client-ready video using AI tools.
If your experience is limited to traditional editing, wedding videos, podcast edits, or social media reels without AI workflows, this role may not be the right fit.
About the Role
You will be responsible for creating high-quality AI-generated video ads and visual content for multiple brands.
For example, you may be given a product (such as a handheld massager), a few product images, references, and a creative direction. From there, you should be able to independently think through a complete storyline, generate realistic scenes using AI image models, convert those scenes into videos using AI video tools, and deliver a polished final output with voiceovers, music, transitions, and editing.
The end output should feel premium, realistic, and commercially usable — not obviously AI-generated.
You will work closely with our internal team including copywriters, marketers, and designers, but ownership is extremely important. We are looking for someone who can take charge of projects independently, manage timelines, communicate with clients, and execute work with minimal hand-holding.
You may also be required to handle multiple brands simultaneously, depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create complete AI video workflows from concept to final output
- Build realistic visual storylines and scene ideas for products and campaigns
- Generate high-quality images using AI image models
- Convert images into realistic videos using AI video generation tools
- Edit and polish final videos with music, sound, subtitles, transitions, and voiceovers
- Independently communicate with clients to present work, gather feedback, and manage revisions
- Collaborate internally with copywriters, marketers, and designers to execute campaigns
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in AI video creation workflows. Experience in a marketing, media, branding, or advertising agency is highly preferred, as this role requires speed, ownership, and an understanding of commercial creative output.
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory, since you will be expected to communicate with clients independently.
You should also have access to and be comfortable working with professional editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
Preferred AI Tools Experience
You should already have working experience with AI image and video generation tools such as:
Image Generation:
Google Imagen / Nano Banana, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT Image Generation, Seedream, or similar tools.
Video Generation:
Google Veo / Veo 3, Kling, Runway, Seedance, or similar AI video tools.
Voice & Audio:
ElevenLabs and other AI voice/music generation tools.
Don’t worry — premium subscriptions and paid AI tools required for work will be provided by us.

- You have not actively worked with AI image-to-video or generative video tools
- You require significant hand-holding to execute projects independently
Compensation & Hiring Process
Salary starts from ₹22,000/month onwards, depending on experience, skill level, and quality of work.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a small practical assignment/test to help us evaluate fitment for the role.
