Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to manage both inbound and outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and basic knowledge of beauty and skincare products. The role requires achieving daily call targets and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Make 100+ calls per day to potential and existing customers.
- Explain and promote beauty and skincare products to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convince customers effectively and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the given timelines.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Update customer interactions and sales records in the CRM/system.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service.
- Good knowledge of beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve daily call and sales targets.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
