Clovers Safety Services Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth by identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's safety solutions and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, online research, and networking.
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for business discussions.
Client Communication
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Send professional emails, proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Conduct WhatsApp marketing campaigns and maintain customer engagement.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Handle client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Business Development
Promote company services to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and present service offerings to prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Marketing Support
Support digital and direct marketing activities.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and awareness programs.
Assist in creating marketing content for email, WhatsApp, and social media promotions.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or company databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Track leads, conversions, and revenue opportunities.
Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or business development.
Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of safety services, training services, or compliance-related industries is preferred.

Number of calls made per day.
