The Resident Sales Engineer is embedded with a strategic customer, acting as a trusted technical advisor and hands-on partner. You’ll work closely with customer teams to understand their environment, guide solution design, and drive successful adoption. This role bridges the customer and internal Sales, Product, and Engineering teams while providing day-to-day technical support. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, clear communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Deep technical expertise with the ability to operate as a trusted, on-site advisor for customer engineering and business teams
- Experience working directly with customers in a resident or embedded capacity, supporting day-to-day technical needs and long-term success
