**Job Summary:**
The 3D Designer will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and designs for our products, ensuring they meet all specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our engineering and production teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and create 3D models and designs for new and existing products using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure designs meet technical and functional requirements.
- Modify and refine designs to improve manufacturability and product performance.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in 3D design technology.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Designer in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
