Solace Hospital, Kakkanad is seeking dedicated and compassionate General Duty Assistants (GDA) to support patient care and assist healthcare professionals in providing quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
Support nurses and healthcare staff in patient care activities
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and hygiene
Assist in transferring and positioning patients
Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and equipment
Report patient concerns and observations to the nursing team
Requirements:
GDA Certificate / Healthcare Assistant Certification preferred
Experience in hospital, clinic, elderly care, or rehabilitation settings is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered, and responsible attitude
