About Sarvoham:
Sarvoham is a nonprofit animal rescue organization dedicated to rescuing, treating, rehabilitating, and rehoming sick, injured, abandoned, and abused animals. Since 2017, we have rescued thousands of animals and currently provide lifelong care to hundreds of rescued dogs who cannot survive on the streets.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative, mission-driven Videographer who can capture the daily life, rescues, treatments, recoveries, adoptions, and behind-the-scenes work at Sarvoham.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos for fundraising campaigns, social media, YouTube, donor communications, educational content, recruitment, and documentary-style storytelling.
This is not just another videography job—you will help tell the stories of animals who have no voice.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
- Capture rescue operations, medical treatments, rehabilitation journeys, and before-and-after recovery stories.
- Film adoption success stories, volunteer activities, and the daily life of the shelter.
- Cover events, awareness campaigns, fundraising initiatives, CSR visits, and educational programs.
- Record interviews with veterinarians, founders, staff, volunteers, adopters, and donors to create compelling visual stories.
Storytelling
- Transform everyday rescue and rehabilitation moments into emotional, impactful stories.
- Create content that inspires people to donate, adopt, volunteer, foster, and support Sarvoham's mission.
- Produce advocacy videos that promote compassion for animals, veganism, and animal rights.
- Develop authentic storytelling that builds awareness and strengthens public engagement.
Editing
- Produce high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, the website, fundraising campaigns, and email marketing.
- Perform end-to-end post-production, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and background music.
- Design engaging thumbnails, logo animations, and optimize videos for different aspect ratios and platforms.
- Ensure all video content meets Sarvoham's branding, storytelling, and quality standards.
Content Planning
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute weekly video shoots and campaigns.
- Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistent content production.
- Brainstorm creative storytelling concepts and campaign ideas aligned with organizational goals.
- Research and recommend trending content formats and best practices for digital platforms.
Equipment Management
- Maintain, operate, and care for cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, drones, and other production gear.
- Manage memory cards, batteries, accessories, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, charged, stored, and ready for use.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements to minimize downtime.
Media Management
- Organize, label, and archive all raw footage and completed video projects.
- Maintain a structured digital asset library for quick retrieval and future use.
- Ensure secure local and cloud backups of all media files.
- Implement consistent file naming and storage practices to support efficient collaboration.
Live Coverage
- Provide video coverage of rescue operations, rehabilitation journeys, and daily shelter activities.
- Capture awareness campaigns, fundraising events, CSR visits, volunteer programs, and educational workshops.
- Travel locally when required to document rescues and organizational events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Journalism, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of professional videography experience
- Experience producing social media content
- Excellent storytelling skills
- Strong visual composition
- Ability to work independently
