Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Housekeeping Staff to join our homestay team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and the overall appearance of the property while ensuring a comfortable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other room essentials.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
- Replenish toiletries and other guest supplies when required.
- Handle basic laundry and housekeeping-related tasks.
- Check rooms before guest check-in to ensure everything is clean and ready.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the management.
- Assist guests with basic requests when required.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and keep the storage area organized.
- Follow proper hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in housekeeping, hotel, homestay, or similar work.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily housekeeping tasks.
- Prior hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
