About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Plastic & Aesthetic Surgeon to join our clinical team in Chandigarh. The candidate will be responsible for providing expert consultation, treatment planning, and surgical procedures across aesthetic, cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery.
The role will be based primarily in Chandigarh; however, the candidate must be flexible and willing to travel to and visit other clinics owned and operated by the company as and when required for consultations, procedures, surgical camps, patient assessments, or other clinical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations and clinical assessments for patients seeking aesthetic, cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive treatments.
- Perform surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures within the candidate's area of expertise.
- Perform cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures as per clinical requirements and professional qualifications.
- Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on their individual needs and expectations.
- Handle procedures related to facial aesthetics, body contouring, breast aesthetics, scar revision, reconstructive procedures, and other relevant cosmetic/plastic surgery treatments.
- Explain treatment options, procedures, expected outcomes, risks, recovery time, and post-operative care to patients.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups.
- Maintain proper medical records, treatment documentation, and surgical reports.
- Ensure adherence to medical ethics, patient safety protocols, and applicable clinical standards.
- Coordinate with dermatologists, cosmetologists, doctors, counsellors, and other clinical team members for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a high standard of patient experience, clinical quality, and professional conduct.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, treatment planning, and training activities where required.
- Support the development and expansion of the company's aesthetic, cosmetic, plastic, and surgical services.
- Travel to and visit other company-owned clinics across locations as required for consultations, procedures, surgical camps, patient assessments, and other clinical requirements.
- Be flexible with work locations and schedules based on clinical and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- MS/DNB/MCh in Plastic Surgery or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Relevant experience in Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Reconstructive Surgery, or related fields.
- Strong surgical and clinical skills.
- Good understanding of modern aesthetic and cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.
- Strong professional ethics and a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to other company-owned clinics is mandatory.

- Experience in aesthetic and cosmetic surgery.
- Experience with facial aesthetic procedures and body contouring.
- Experience in cosmetic/reconstructive procedures.
- Strong patient consultation and treatment-conversion skills.
- Ability to handle premium aesthetic and cosmetic clientele.
- Willingness to participate in clinical camps and consultations at different company locations.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
