Job Title : Workplace Operational Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage workplace operations and support seamless workplace transition activities across locations.
- Coordinate lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals, and workplace setup activities.
- Ensure workplace readiness, operational continuity, and compliance with HSSE standards.
- Manage office moves, workplace transitions, and operational setup with minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Facilities teams for workplace operations support.
- Handle vendor, broker, consultant, and supplier coordination for workplace projects.
- Conduct risk assessments related to workplace safety, security, and operational continuity.
- Prepare business cases, budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX plans, and operational reports.
- Ensure governance compliance, approvals, and audit-ready documentation.
- Support workplace technology integration including connectivity, access control, and infrastructure services.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor workplace performance metrics, reporting, and benchmarking activities.
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of workplace operations, facilities management, and corporate real estate processes.
- Experience in workplace transitions, lease management, and operational readiness planning.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience in budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional coordination effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with workplace technology, infrastructure, and operational support systems.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on operational excellence and process improvement.
