Are you passionate about sales, client relationships, and business growth? We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing advertising agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Pitch advertising and marketing solutions to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (advertising/marketing industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
