Job Description:
We are hiring Relationship Managers for our Mumbai team. We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). If you have a proven track record in sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management in the mortgage industry, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Home Loan and LAP products.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Guide customers throughout the loan process from application to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loans (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Education: Graduate (minimum).
- Stable career with no frequent/multiple job switches.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, or DSAs.
- Strong sales and target achievement record.
- Local market knowledge of Mumbai will be an added advantage.
