We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telesales Executive who can generate qualified business opportunities through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Job Summary
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their business requirements, introducing Shanvox's services, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your primary goal is to generate quality leads and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and self-generated prospects.
- Identify client requirements and introduce relevant digital marketing services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects until conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Update customer information, call outcomes, and lead status in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Prepare daily activity reports and sales updates.
- Stay updated on Shanvox's services, industry trends, and competitors.
- Use AI tools and CRM platforms to improve productivity and lead management.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and objection-handling abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for sales communication and research.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- 0.5–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
