Job Summary: -
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in facility management, and the ability to ensure the venue operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Prior Gulf experience will be given preference. Typical responsibilities include managing maintenance, safety, contractors, and ensuring event readiness. Field job if required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the realestate properties, lands and Buildings.
Supervise security, maintenance, and technical teams.
Ensure all building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety) are functioning efficiently.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor vendor and contractor performance and ensure quality service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
Support event setup a
Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and operational records.
Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management.
Gulf experience is highly preferred.
Must be fluent in English and Hindi are an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of facility maintenance, safety standards, and vendor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience managing commercial buildings, malls, new construction , or large facilities, especially those with Gulf experience, South Indians are encouraged to apply.
