- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies to facilitate seamless communication between diverse systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment practices.
- Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and microservices design.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration flows to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
