Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers and understand their travel needs, budget, and preferences.
- Explain and promote domestic & international tour packages, honeymoon packages, family holidays, and customized tours.
- Share package details, itineraries, offers, and pricing with customers through WhatsApp/email/calls.
- Provide flight options, fare details, and booking assistance.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
- Handle customer queries related to tours, flights, hotels, visas, and travel services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with customer handling ability.
- Experience in travel sales, tour packages, or airline ticketing will be preferred.
- Knowledge of domestic & international destinations is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,086.55 per month
