About the Role: Vaarahi Eco Industries is seeking an energetic, organized, and people-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, labor law compliance, performance management, and promoting a positive, sustainability-driven work environment aligned with our eco-friendly manufacturing values. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Source, interview, and hire qualified talent across administrative, technical, production, and sales units.
Manage job postings across recruitment portals, local boards, and social media platforms.
Conduct smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, introducing them to company policies, safety standards, and sustainable workplace practices.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and feedback.
Maintain a healthy, collaborative, and inclusive company culture.
Organize workplace engagement initiatives, safety drives, and eco-friendly team-building activities.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation in accordance with company policy.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industrial safety regulations, factory acts, PF/ESI (if applicable), and environmental workplace standards.
Draft and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
4. Performance Management & Training
Coordinate periodic performance appraisal processes and assist managers in setting KPIs.
Identify skill gaps and arrange technical, safety, or soft-skill training sessions for factory and office staff.
5. Payroll & Administration Support
Process attendance, biometric data, and leave records for monthly payroll preparation.
Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams to ensure timely salary disbursement.
Oversee office administration and workplace facility management where needed. Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA/MBA in HR), or any related field.
Experience: 0–5 years. Freshers with strong passion and commitment are welcome; 2–5 years of manufacturing or industrial HR experience is a plus.
Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), strong verbal and written communication, and good interpersonal skills. Preferred Attributes:

Laptop and employee onboarding kit will be provided after probationary period only.
Pay: ₹15,643.61 - ₹24,000.00 per month
