We are actively seeking seasoned Senior Technical Recruiters with 7-8 years of experience in US staffing to become integral members of our dynamic team in Mohali. This onsite role operates Monday to Friday, aligning with EST shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Acquisition: Utilize various portals and networks to identify and engage both W2 and Corp-to-Corp candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Database Management: Maintain and expand a comprehensive database of W2 & Corp-to-Corp candidates and a curated list of third-party vendors specializing in IT skill sets.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7 to 8 years in US IT staffing, with a proven track record in sourcing both W2 and Corp-to-Corp candidates.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other recruitment tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and organizational capabilities.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, aligning with EST shifts.
