Responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders to define role specifications and talent requirements for various accounting and finance positions.
- Execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to locate qualified candidates with specialized skills in financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance.
- Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews, initial interviews, and skill assessments, to ensure candidate suitability.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation and final onboarding.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential candidates and cultivate relationships with professional networks within the accounting sector.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and reduce time-to-fill for critical accounting roles.

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the accounting, finance, or professional services industry.
