Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Ensure products comply with company quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality procedures.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Participate in internal audits and assist during external audits.
- Verify product labeling, packaging, and batch records before product release.
- Work closely with Production, Store, and R&D teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality systems is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
