Invoice Processing & Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices accurately and wRole Purpose
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and ensuring the successful execution of training programs conducted by DRFHE for healthcare professionals, nurses, clinic staff, patient educators, sales teams, corporates, schools, and colleges. The role will serve as the central coordination point between trainers, participants, partner institutions, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and high participant satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Calendar Management
- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual training calendars.
- Coordinate training schedules with faculty, speakers, institutions, and internal teams.
- Ensure optimal utilization of trainers and resources.
- Track upcoming programs and provide timely reminders to stakeholders.
Program Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end training logistics.
- Confirm venue, date, time, participant count, and infrastructure requirements.
- Arrange training materials, attendance sheets, certificates, and participant kits.
- Ensure readiness of all stakeholders before program execution.
Faculty & Trainer Coordination
- Coordinate with trainers, doctors, nurses, dietitians, and subject matter experts.
- Share program briefs, agendas, and participant profiles.
- Manage speaker confirmations and communication.
- Ensure trainers receive all necessary support for successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary contact for training-related communication.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, corporates, and internal teams.
- Maintain professional relationships with trainers and partner organizations.
- Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder queries.
Learning Operations
- Monitor attendance and participant engagement.
- Track completion of training programs.
- Support assessments, feedback collection, and learning evaluations.
- Maintain participant records and training databases.
Training Documentation
- Prepare training schedules, nomination forms, attendance reports, and completion reports.
- Maintain documentation as per organizational SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Archive training materials and participant records.
- Ensure proper storage of feedback and evaluation forms.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all training programs are conducted in accordance with approved processes and compliance guidelines.
- Verify that only approved training materials are used.
- Support audit and documentation requirements.
- Monitor adherence to training standards.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Track key training metrics and dashboards.
- Analyze participation trends and feedback scores.
- Share insights and recommendations for program improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of training programs coordinated.
- Training completion rate.
- Participant attendance percentage.
- Stakeholder satisfaction score.
- Faculty/trainer satisfaction score.
- Timeliness of training execution.

QualificationsEssential
- Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred
- MBA, Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related field. PG in psychology.
Experience
- 0-5 years of experience in training coordination, learning operations, program management, healthcare education, event management, or administrative coordination.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospital, educational, or corporate training environments preferred.

A successful Training Coordinator ensures that every training program is planned efficiently, executed seamlessly, documented accurately, and delivers a positive learning experience for participants. The individual contributes to scaling DRFHE training initiatives by maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and driving high-quality learning outcomes
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
